Aifin helps in connecting potential employer and employee on existing job vacancies and in no way, guarantee related to execution of contractual terms with any of the intended party unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in specific service agreement. 

Site Usage
Unless otherwise stated, Aifin own the intellectual property rights forall material on the Jobs Portal. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view pages of this site for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
The site is a public site with free access Aifin assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. Aifin private limited cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site. The individual/company would have to conduct its own background checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s). 

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers seeking to recruit staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site and if you do or if you perform any other unauthorised processing of information on the site it shall be deemed a material breach of these terms and conditions which, in the case of a Customer, shall entitle us to terminate the Services immediately on notice in writing. Further, we reserve the right to suspend provision of the Services to you in circumstances where we reasonably believe that you have performed any unauthorised processing of information. All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to us or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

Copying or downloading or recreating or sharing passwords or sublicensing or sharing in any manner which is not in accordance with these terms, is a misuse of the Platform or service or product and Aifin reserves its rights to act in such manner as to protect its loss of revenue or reputation or claim damages including stopping your service or access and reporting to relevant authorities. In the event you are found to be copying or misusing or transmitting or crawling any data or photographs or graphics or any information available on Aifin.com for any purpose other than that being a bonafide Purpose, we reserve the right to take such action that we deem fit including stopping access and claiming damages 


The User/Subscriber/Visitor to Aifn.com and/or its affiliated websites does hereby specifically agree that he/she shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as also rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made thereunder, while assessing or feeding any resume/ insertion or information/data into the computers, computer systems or computer network of Aifn. The said User/ subscriber/ visitor to Aifin.com and/or its affiliated websites does further unequivocally declare that in case he violates any provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and/or rules, regulations, guidelines, byelaws and notifications made thereunder, he shall alone be responsible for all his acts, deeds and things and that he alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force. 


You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to upload or download your CV on our website in case you are registered as job seeker and post jobs and access resume and data base in case you are registered as recruiter;
• The upload/download/comments do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party;

• The upload or comments do not contain any defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful materialor material which is an invasion of privacy;
• The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activitiesor unlawful activity.

• We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content uploaded by you on this website. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon content uploaded on website.
• No link(s) may appear on any page on your website or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libellous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

• We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particularlink to our Web site. Removal of links from our website

• Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completenessor accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on thewebsite is kept up to date.

The Terms and conditions mentioned above regulate the usage of Aifin.com. Any person using Aifin.com in violation of the stipulations contained in the Terms and Conditions of Aifin.com shall render himself/herself liable to appropriate action in a court of law both civil and criminal. 

If any dispute arises between a user/users and AIFIN arising out of use of site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the Company. Decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be a court of law located in New Delhi, India. 

Usage of Data& privacy
Job Seeker agrees to usage of his/her data related to employment history and other personal data including name, religion, country, date of birth, career interest and assessment result to prospective employer or for back-ground verification.
Recruiter agrees to usage of data upload to advertise the vacancies to potential job seekers to submit applications.
We respect your data privacy and in case as a job seeker you do not wish to display your assessment result, then you can turn off the display option or in case you do not wish to show your contents or CV, you may delete your account.
Account Protection

• Your password is the key to your account. You shall be solely responsible for all the activities happening under your username and you shall be solely responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not disclose your password to anyone. If you share your password or your personal information with others, you shall be solely responsible for all actions taken under your username and you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
• In the event Aifin goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. Where your information is transferred you will be notified via email/prominent notice on our website for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
• The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter your personal information we treat the data as an asset that must be protected and use tools (encryption, passwords, physical security etc.) to protect the information provided by you against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect all the information provided by you, we cannot guarantee its absolute security nor can we guarantee that third parties shall not unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and that other users may abuse or misuse the information that you provide.

General Terms with Recruiter

• Aifin reserves the right to disqualify any recruiter if it has reasonable grounds to believe the recruiter has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The recruiter further agrees that Aifin cannot be made responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by it as a result of its deciding to avail the services as offered by Aifinherein.
• The recruiter undertakes to indemnify Aifin for any claims or damages arising from Aifin's posting of jobs on account of the recruiter following consent of the recruiter.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indore Courts only.
• These Terms & Conditions are the complete and exclusive statements of the understanding between Aifin& the recruiter.
